Request from NC Designer (Triage).
• Going forward rather than assigning tickets directly to cable plant, the tickets should be assigned to NC Designer (Triage).
• This way the ticket will be picked up as that call group is closely monitored.
• Then the designer will engage the cable plant team and make all of the appropriate assignment.
• Category 1 should be Project Deployment.

Note:
They have notified public safety to go through self-service for camera estimates, they still tend to call the help desk and just ask to have their request assigned to cable plant or Sam Weser. These type of service requests should be assigned to NC Designer (Triage) and Category 1 should be Project Deployment.
